Yes, healing deep wounds is a perilous process. This is why most people avoid it to their own detriment. Every time one decides to heal from a serious wound, a few things must be acknowledged and accepted. Healing is difficult. It hurts to the core. It takes time. Healing is also a sort of grab bag. Each time the healing process takes place, it must occur with a blindfold. It’s done in the dark while on a unique and new road one has never traveled before. Understanding the healing process starts with recognizing and accepting what causes wounds. Wounds occur when we are damaged while vulnerable or in a state of weakness. Because of this, every wound we receive is partially our fault. We were either too weak, blind, or open to avoid being hurt deeply. Significant wounds cut so deep because we are partially responsible for our own demise. Accepting this part of what causes deep wounds is the hardest to own. Owning our wounds is the first step in the healing process. I was deeply wounded once by a group of psychopathic degenerates who did everything in their power to destroy my ability to earn a living. They attempted to take my life in the process because I refused to engage in activity that would have sent me to jail or cause me to lose custody of my children. They had the help of government agencies, so I had no way to protect myself. All my devices were hacked; every breath I took was monitored. My family members and friends were influenced to take part along the way. I was ridiculed, laughed at, and ostracized. Not becoming a criminal became my crime, a crime I soon realized was held at the same social level as that of a sexual offender or pedophile. My employer fired me while laughing in my face. Every job I applied for was met with a similar kind of jovial pleasure when I was denied. I became wounded with a thousand deep wounds to the core. I could have gone into a shell, taking on a victim mindset. I could have wallowed in the unfairness of being socially criminalized and marginalized when doing nothing wrong. I could have bemoaned having all my accomplishments stolen from me and given to real criminals. I could have given up on my life, on America, on God. Instead, I chose to heal. The first step I had to take was accounting for exactly how badly and deeply I was wounded and where the wounds resided. It forced me to radically accept who I was forced to be socially and professionally instead of how I viewed myself against the backdrop of all my accomplishments. Whether I liked it or not, I was being viewed and treated like a criminal. A criminal of the worst kind. Since everyone around me accepted the lies told about me, I was not only viewed as a drug addict, a prostitute, and a violent thief, just a few of the things I was accused of, but I was also seen as a fraud attempting to steal accomplishments and honor that the psychopaths who attacked me took credit for. Those were accomplishments I earned through skill and hard work. Accepting being viewed as the total opposite of who I was was a bitter pill to swallow. It hurt even more than the wound itself. But it was the first step in the healing process. I was now on a road I was unfamiliar with. I felt blind attempting to navigate my new life of dishonor and embarrassment. I quickly found peace on this path, though. I was able to move forward with a serene mindset. It allowed me to dig deeper into the wound and see where I held culpability in my demise. I came to understand that trusting bad people and overlooking red flags I saw in them before my demise was a pivotal mistake I had made. I had lowered my personal and professional standards, giving respect and honor to supervisors and co-workers who didn’t deserve it. It was a form of people-pleasing. This was a fatal flaw in my personality leading up to my demise. I had given lowlifes access, even though they should have never had access to my insight and private thoughts. I was an open book without any real boundaries. I went on to learn many other lessons through self-examination. This then allowed me to examine the environment around me. I was able to honestly view the true nature of the psychopaths who attacked me, without emotional instability clouding my perspective. I became more spiritual and loving. I had forgiven myself for my indiscretions against myself, followed by my forgiveness of the criminals who attacked me. I learned forgiveness could only come through honesty and truth. Since I was able to see where I had specific faults, I was also able to see the faults in my enemies. The forgiveness I was able to give was very specific and targeted. I knew exactly what we all needed to be forgiven of. This empowered me. It raised my soul to a higher realm. It was after this multi-year process that I was finally able to fully rejoin society. The process was hard. I really had to work. Healing is a process of hard work. It is also a process of pain. It is pain following painful wounds. It is also a multidimensional process. The body, soul, and spirit must be healed all at the same time. But through it all comes a strength that is almost indescribable. It brings an understanding that, no matter what I may go through, I will not only survive, but I will come out of it smarter, wiser, and stronger. The hunted becomes the hunter, armed with new weapons and tactics forged in the soul. ### Destiny Swapping URL: https://www.the-bone-lantern.com/destiny-swapping/ Last updated: 2026-07-07T16:07:30.000Z What people now call “destiny swapping” is best understood as a modern spiritual phrase for the theft, diversion, or counterfeit exchange of a person’s appointed path. It is not a formal biblical doctrine, but it echoes older religious ideas about stolen inheritance, exchanged blessings, spiritual deception, and the danger of allowing another person’s will, curse, envy, or manipulation to trespass into the sacred architecture of one’s life. The elite levels of American society have become obsessed with destiny swapping. Gatekeepers, influence peddlers, and conmen within most industries are actively partnering with the occult world to present this offering to the ambitious. The promise of wiping away one’s past mistakes through sacrificing a competitor’s destiny has become big business at the elite levels. Imagine a person’s life like a field. As they begin life, the field is filled with an ancestral lineage as well as karma. Some fields may already be abundant, others may be desolate, while others may be filled with thorns and thistles. As one moves through life, their actions, beliefs, faith, and relationships alter their field. Some are for the better; others are for the worse. Destiny swapping is an idea that one may take their life’s field and replace it with another’s. This is no small feat, and it obviously carries heavy cosmic consequences. Not only that, but it goes against all the teachings found in every major religion or belief system throughout mankind’s history on earth. The basic tenet of “you reap what you sow,” as well as knowing a tree by the fruit that it bears, points toward destiny swapping being a direct assault on the Creator and the universal laws underpinning His creation. It takes a delusional mind to believe a field of poisonous trees can be swapped with an oasis of bountiful, nutritious crops because a few blood rituals or sacrifices were performed in a redwood forest. Here are some biblical references from both the Old and New Testaments, as well as an Islamic reference to reaping what one has sown: *Galatians 6:7–9, KJV* *Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.* *For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.* *And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.* *Hosea 8:7, KJV* *For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind…* *“Those who plow iniquity and sow trouble reap the same.”* *Job 4:8* *“He who sows injustice shall reap trouble/vanity.”* *Proverbs 22:8* *Qur’an 99:7–8* *Whoever does even an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does even an atom’s weight of evil will see it.* *Qur’an 2:286 teaches that every soul receives what it has earned and bears responsibility for what it has done.* Now let’s go back to ancient Egypt and look at the Weighing of the Heart: *In ancient Egypt, the principle of reaping what one sows appears most vividly in the Weighing of the Heart. After death, a person’s heart, believed to carry the record of their life, was weighed against the feather of Ma’at, the divine order of truth and justice. If the heart was light, the soul passed on; if it was heavy with wrongdoing, it was devoured by Ammit. In that ancient vision, judgment was not abstract. The life one lived became the weight one carried.* The Hindu faith follows this same path. In the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 14, Verse 16: “It is said that the fruit of good action is pure and sāttvic; the fruit of passion is sorrow, and the fruit of darkness is ignorance.” In the Bhagavad Gita, the principle of reaping what one sows appears through the moral law of action and consequence. Krishna teaches that good action produces pure fruit, action driven by passion produces sorrow, and action rooted in darkness produces ignorance. In this vision, every deed carries a seed inside it, and every seed ripens according to the spirit in which it was planted. Destiny swapping is essentially an act of theft, no matter which belief system you examine it through. The idea that one can perform an evil act of theft to receive wealth, riches, fame, or good fortune is laughable on its face. Yet in America, many within the elite subscribe to this belief that theft brings eternal fortune. I believe this is proof America has been led astray by false prophets and false teachers. The Bible warns of this in several places, but Matthew is a great example of this warning: *Matthew 7:15–20, KJV* *Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.* The higher echelons of American society are loaded with these poisonous men offering death in the form of wholesome fruit. The elite in America are enamored with the idea that they can plant fields of poisonous trees as far as the eyes can see, yet reap nothing but the most treasured fruit the world has ever seen. They use their wealth, fancy cars, designer clothing, and extravagant jewelry to make it appear they are bearers of life-giving fruit. They are ravening wolves in designer sheep’s clothing. The destiny swap crew are ravening wolves because every field they steal from another produces poisonous crops as soon as they set foot on it. Field after field becomes a wasteland under their supervision. They become hollow souls searching for everlasting peace and happiness within the wasteland of their minds. Therefore, they are never satisfied. Their dry throats are never quenched. They spiral into despair and die lonely. Their only goal in the little life they have left is to attempt to banish others to the same fate. This is the current state of America. The elite have hollowed out their souls and are self-sabotaging the future of our nation. Their hatred for the American people knows no bounds. Their hatred for the rest of the world never ends. This is why, though we live in the most technologically advanced time on earth, desperation seems to be around every corner. Debt is piling so high it can never be paid. The nation’s health is teetering on permanent disease. Our school systems are woefully inadequate for the competitive international community we find ourselves in. Our political system doesn’t work; it is constantly in gridlock. We have been led astray by our elite leadership, which becomes more detached each day from the everyday life of average Americans. Now the elite rely heavily on destiny swapping to somehow pull victory from the jaws of defeat. They are in a never-ending cycle of demise. Unfortunately, they are bringing us all down with their conceit and self-delusion. In the end, they will discover what mankind has always known, “you reap what you sow.” ### A Spiritual Relationship with Food URL: https://www.the-bone-lantern.com/a-spiritual-relationship-with-food/ Last updated: 2026-07-03T17:10:49.000Z ***Matthew 6:16–18*** *Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: *for they disfigure their faces*, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.* *But thou, when thou fastest, *anoint thine head, and wash thy face*;* *That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.* --- I always wondered why fasting and spiritual ascension have always been intertwined within religious circles. Was it because punishing the flesh automatically gave a boost to the spirit? As the “spiritual” people would say, “there’s a bitter war between the flesh and the spirit.” And in that war, it was necessary to slay the flesh so that the spirit could prosper. They would go on and on claiming that only the strongest of the strong could win this war, and that winning the war led to heaven. Or at least a closer relationship to God. But this storyline never sat well with me. It was too simplistic. I couldn’t understand why God would create a scenario where men had to purposefully harm themselves to come closer to Him. My relationship with God never felt adversarial. God felt loving to me. Warm and inviting. God also felt complicated and hard to reach, even though He felt close, especially when I was in pain or angry. Artificially creating pain through fasting always felt like a scam. A get-rich-quick scheme. My relationship with food was perilous for most of my early years in this life. As a child, I spent most of my days with an empty stomach. Poverty left a semi-permanent void in my gut. This part of my life saw a ton of forced pain in the flesh. So much pain that the thought of fasting to cause the same type of pain now makes no sense to me. I experienced first-hand what it felt like to starve while praying to God day after day and night after night, as well as the results. Indeed, it brought me closer to God. In fact, it gave me a direct connection to the Creator of the universe. He was all I had. But it wasn’t the pain of starvation that created the bond between me and the Creator. It was the faith I had in Him. The undying belief that He would sustain me, protect me, and deliver me through my darkest days. Forced religious fasting can’t create the same environment as involuntary starvation. The two simply do not compare. One is an exercise in religious faith. The other is a situation of life or death. Am I saying religious fasting is a waste of time? An exercise in ego? No. I am saying religious fasting, in many instances, is a byproduct of a deeper physical-body experience related to food and the body’s ability to connect to the Divine. Fasting alone, without the religious aspect, is enough. More than enough. In fact, bringing religion into the scenario only waters down a very effective tool for enhancing one’s spirituality. I learned all of this while struggling with a debilitating autoimmune disorder. When I was a teenager, I had a vision within a dream. The moment I woke, I felt a pain in the center of my stomach that I will never forget. From that day forward I began to suffer from the ravages of a disease called ankylosing spondylitis. This illness affects the spinal cord. In my case, it affects my entire body. I have been in constant pain every minute of every day since then. I am now 49\. To make a long story short, this illness is incurable. No specialist, herbalist, practitioner, or healer can heal this illness. Not in my case at least. This caused me to go on a journey of healing myself. I’ve done that, for the most part. It was during this journey that I discovered the power of food. I discovered how it affects not only the body but also our soul, as well as our connection to the Creator. What I discovered changed my life, faith, and path. It changed how I interact with people. I’ve lost connections to most of my friends and family because of the ramifications of being empowered through diet. Yes, I have lost connections! I can’t explain why so much conflict came my way during this transformation. It was a process that took years. But I noticed the stronger and wiser I got concerning my diet, the more conflict came my way. Especially from people who knew me for most of my life. As conflict increased within the physical plane of my existence, love and wisdom grew within me spiritually. My connection to the Divine grew leaps and bounds. The main thing I discovered was that our physical bodies are only responsible for a portion of digesting the food we consume. In fact, our physical bodies are totally dependent upon small creatures invisible to the naked eye to properly digest what we place within our mouths. These invisible creatures form a body within our body that is called the microbiome. This microbiome has a direct and powerful impact on how our bodies function, as well as how our minds and nervous systems operate. These tiny creatures affect our emotions, physical well-being, and our ability to communicate clearly with God. A healthy microbiome leads to physical, emotional, and spiritual health and abundance. An imbalanced, incomplete, or toxic microbiome leads to a lack in the physical, emotional, and spiritual. What we eat has a direct and lasting impact on the health of these tiny creatures and the body within our bodies that they create. Fasting becomes a pivotal tool when interacting with the microbiome. A proper fast can not only reset a toxic microbiome, but it can also repair and heal damage done through years of consuming an imbalanced and toxic diet. This has nothing to do with pain or religious faith. In fact, bringing spiritual or emotional ignorance into this process can hamper the magical work of a proper fast. I have found negative or ego-centered thoughts can wipe out entire colonies of good microbes within my gut. I believe this is why most religions have strict dietary requirements. What we eat has a direct impact on the invisible world living within us, impacting our entire physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Taken a step further, proper spiritual alignment during a fast can accelerate and multiply the healing effects of a fast. This is how I healed myself from an incurable disease. It is also how I reached higher levels of spiritual knowledge and awareness. I learned that when fasting, one should be happy, excited even. Your body is resetting in a way that brings invisible friends into your body. Friends that help you become stronger, smarter, and more spiritually balanced. A fast also destroys colonies of toxic and poisonous microbes that are constantly destroying us from the inside out. Much of the pain we feel during a fast is the slow death of these toxic pests and all of their byproduct waste piled up inside of every nook and cranny of our bodies. Religious folks believe the pain we feel during a fast is a test of faith. A killing of the flesh. Something to embrace as proof of a physical sacrifice done in the name of the Lord. It’s laughable to me. The pain and sacrifice of a fast are for the person fasting, not God. God may be happy we are healing our bodies through a fast, but we aren’t getting some kind of special crown placed on our heads. God isn’t going to reward us for doing what we are supposed to be doing anyway. The reward we receive comes from our own hard work and sacrifice to ourselves. Part of the reward of a successful fast is the ability to communicate more clearly with God. Not because God bestows us with something special. It is because we cleared the crap piled up between us and God. Once the crap is removed and we are clearly communicating with God, the secrets of the universe become available to us. It is within the secret realm that God rewards us. Not only in spirit, but on the physical dimension as well. ### Coming soon URL: https://www.the-bone-lantern.com/coming-soon/ Last updated: 2026-07-03T23:32:44.000Z This is The Bone Lantern, a brand new site by Thomas Anderson that's just getting started.
